The building was completed in 2019 and is equipped with an elevator. The peaceful location in the Antoniuk district ensures quiet and comfort, while still providing convenient access to the city centre.
The apartment is situated in a well-connected part of Białystok. The railway and bus stations are nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The city centre is within a short distance, and the area offers efficient public transport and cycling infrastructure.
